We ask that payment be made on the first of each month. We’ll issue an invoice for your records at the start of the month.
After the first month has been paid for, all storage is ‘pay as you go’, so just let us know two weeks before you intend to cease the storage.
Yes. Our newbuild steel units are secured against all weather conditions.
To provide such low-cost storage, insurance is not included in the price. Many 3rd party insurers can provide quotes.

Travelling from Leith
Heading along Salamander Street/Seafield Road towards Seafield/Portobello, take the first left (a level crossing) after the Shell petrol station, then a hard left and follow the road for around 0.7 miles. If you pass Arnold Clark or McDonald’s, you have missed the turn!

Heading along Seafield Road towards Leith, take the first right (a level crossing) after Arnold Clark/McDonald’s, then a hard left and follow the road for around 0.7 miles. If you pass the Shell petrol station, you have missed the turn!
By foot or bus
We are close to the terminus of Lothian Buses Service ‘1’, we’re around a 0.8 mile (10-15 minute) walk from the closest bus stop.
The easiest way is by Direct Debit. Click here to set one up.
The minimum term is only one month, after that it’s pay as you go. We ask for at least two weeks’ notice of your intent to vacate a container.

One 20ft high cube container can hold 330 standard moving boxes!
Yes! Our standard price does not include the supply of padlocks. We supply two padlocks for a small deposit.
All of our containers are constructed from Corten ‘A’ Steel and protected by an integral lockbox. There’s also 24hr CCTV.
Our storage facility is open from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. If you require access to your storage, please call us on 0131 555 3948 or email moc.slavomersrrek@egarots in advance of your arrival.

Travelling from the City Centre
Head west along Gorgie Road (A71) towards Stenhouse. At the Stenhouse crossroads, turn left onto Stenhouse Drive, continue through the traffic lights and under the railway bridge. Take the second right onto Saughton Mains Street, then follow signs for the Saughton Mains Industrial Estate. Our unit is towards the rear of the estate, clearly marked with Kerr’s branding.
Travelling from the Bypass / Edinburgh Airport
Exit the City Bypass (A720) at Hermiston Gait and follow signs for Edinburgh City Centre (A71).
Pass Sighthill and Broomhouse, then turn right at the Stenhouse crossroads onto Stenhouse Drive.
Continue under the railway bridge and follow the directions as above.
By foot or bus
We’re a short walk from Lothian Buses services 3, 25, 30, 33 and 35.
Alight at Stenhouse Drive or Broomhouse Drive, then walk approximately 5–10 minutes to reach the estate entrance.
