The group of men who did my removal were friendly and cheerful and couldn’t have been more helpful. My bed was difficult to reassemble but they persisted to make sure it was done correctly.

I totally recommend Kerr’s and would definitely use them again. They were very professional and looked after our needs brilliantly. We used them for storage and then delivery to 2 different locations in England. I was so relieved that they managed to dismantle our sofa bed enough to get it through a narrow door in our new flat having carried it up 2 flights of stairs.

I have had a great experience with Kerr’s. They were very professional, fast, and no-nonsense. Plus, they clearly took pride in their work as they were happy and proactive at making many small recommendations in terms of packing, and placement of furniture in the flat when unpacking. I felt like the price they charged was more than fair for the quality of the service received. Would use them again.
Although not the cheapest quote we received, once you take into account all the additional add ons other companies include on their quote this was very competitive on a like for like basis. But what swung it for us was the no nonsense approach taken by Kerr’s and how reassuring they were with what is a very stressful process potentially. The fact it’s a family run business also appealed to us.
On the day of our move, the team turned up on time and immediately put our minds at ease. They were polite, respectful, positive and nothing was too much trouble. They handled our belongings with care and professionalism and put in a power of work – achieving a lot in a short space of time. They love the power hour and we kept them going with coffee and biscuits
At the other end, they were equally as professional and courteous and it honestly made the entire process much less stressful and actually quite enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble and they clearly take pride in their work. We will definitely be recommending them!

Kerr’s staff arrived punctually and were polite and efficient throughout the 3 days of the move. I cannot fault them on any point and I would happily recommend them as an excellent removal firm.
We moved house last week and the service provided by Kerr’s was outstanding. Not only efficient, careful and professional but genuinely lovely guys too. We were last in the chain so didn’t get our keys until later in the day. We were greeted by an army of 9! Great job.

We used Kerr’s for a house move based on a recommendation from our friends. From start to finish they were absolutely first class, the quote and booking were all simple and then they move itself couldn’t have been smoother.
On moving day the team showed up bang on time and were all a great bunch of lads who worked hard and took care of everything. Even though we did all our own packing, they helped pack any last remaining bits or made sure our picture frames and valuables were well protected and taken care of.
Moving into the new house they were superstars again, making sure everything went where we wanted and making sure it was all placed neatly and carefully so we could actually move and unpack things a bit easier.
Can’t fault these guys, I’ve no plans to move again but I would use them again without question.

From the initial contact all the way through to the moving day, Kerr’s have been nothing short of amazing. Nothing seemed like too much trouble even delivering extra boxes the day before because I had underestimated how many we needed. Yesterday we had three of the team move us from our fourth floor flat in town to our forever home on the outskirts of Edinburgh and I was really impressed with the level of professionalism, the friendliness of the team and care in moving us. The only thing I regret is not getting a packer in before hand!! Thanks to all the team

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. For the best part of 2 days, Lee, Craig and Blair worked their socks off, friendly, professional, everything cared for, and meticulously recorded as they put my worldly belongings into storage. Along with William and his guys who came to help on day 1, they have made the whole process of moving out as pain free and entertaining as it could be – I have no doubt that when it comes to moving everything back into my new house in two months time, I will see exactly the same service.
